Publish development version documentation to archlinux.page

The documentation on docs.rs is based on the released versions of this crate. However, it would be nice to publish the most recent version of the documentation (i.e. latest commit on default branch) on archlinux.page.
Link items together to show that they're related or that one is blocking others.
