failing vagrant builds due to not supported keyboard configuration

Currently we get the following error while trying to build:

==> virtualbox-iso: Provisioning with shell script: provision/postinstall.sh
    virtualbox-iso: + hostnamectl set-hostname archlinux
    virtualbox-iso: + localectl set-keymap us
    virtualbox-iso: + localectl set-x11-keymap us
    virtualbox-iso: Failed to set keymap: Local keyboard configuration not supported on this system.

This affects every provider.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
