Fix travis-ci builds

Our travis-ci builds are failing again. Seems like archlinux.de has changed the path of the ISOs to: https://ftp.wrz.de/pub/archlinux/iso/latest/

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
