[RFE] Add Github Actions support and remove Travis call

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Our Organisation supports Github Actions now. Therefore we don't need Travis anymore.

Describe the solution you'd like Enable Github Actions for PRs and maybe more. Remove Travis call. Remove travis file.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
