[RFE] Let cloud-init setup network for cloud-images

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. With cloud-init it should automatically set a DHCP rule for the main network interface, if no configuration is give. We can make use of this and get rid of our systemd-networkd configuration for cloud images.

Describe the solution you'd like Remove the systemd-networkd configuration for cloud images and let cloud-init do its job.

Describe alternatives you've considered Enabling both can be harmful.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
