Fix packer issues for SSH timeout and iso fetching

Hello, ssh_wait_timeout became ssh_timeout for latest packer version, I also updated the JSONs for latest iso fetching. Packer needs to be updated in archlinux repos from 1.5.1 to 1.5.4. Please let me know if there is anything wrong with PR.
