Add tests for rebuilder

Add unit tests for calculating the build order by creating a test pacman db:

  • A makedepends of B | => A -> B -> A
  • A depends of B | => A => B -> A
  • Cycles
  • Multiple arguments A depends of B, => 'A B' => B -> A (example cargo run blender openimageio)
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
