include pacman hook?

I want to suggest having a pacman hook included in arch-signoff.

Its purpose should not be any automatic signoff of testing packages but just informing about packages which are to be or have already been signed off by arch testing team members. I could imagine this to be nice feature, to have a reminder during each package upgrade/installation/removal, last but not least to increase the number of checks and signoffs (or even revocation of already done signoffs) of testing packages.

I know of course of disadvantages concerning the needed logins, which have to be done during/after pacman actions or by passing environment variables (see manpage for details).

So, what do you think?
