Add package count to GitLab metrics

Similarly to the ISO size, it can be interesting to see the resulting package count (i.e. wc -l "${isofs_dir}/${install_dir}/pkglist.${arch}.txt").

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
