Ownership of files in airootfs is not correct, when the repository has not been cloned as root

The ownership of all files from the airootfs directory are that of the (unprivileged) user that initially cloned the repository. It would be cleaner to set proper ownership of these files when they are applied to the arch chroot.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
