releng: add libfido2 & tpm2-tss packages

To continue the never-ending effort to bloat the releng ISO 😆 , here are some potentially useful packages:

libfido2—provides support for FIDO2 devices in OpenSSH (e.g. for use when installing Arch Linux via SSH) and systemd-cryptenroll.
tpm2-tss–will provide support for TPM 2.0 in systemd-cryptenroll.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
