Move systemd-networkd .network files into numerical namespace

It would be best to move the systemd-networkd .network files into a numerical namespace (i.e. prefixing them by a numeral), as this way it becomes more predictable to do overrides for them (e.g. by adding profiles that have a higher numeral).

As these are the most basic .network files, their prefix should be fairly low (e.g. 10-)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
