Use unified Arch Linux CI scripts

In an effort for code sharing among archiso, arch-boxes and releng, the ci-scripts project has been created.

To make use of it we need to change our gitlab-ci.yml and remove our custom build-host.sh script.

In the future this will make it much easier also to collectively switch to another form of execution (e.g. #137 (closed)).
