netboot artifacts do not contain "version" files

_make_version outputs the version and grubenv files only in the iso buildmode.

Official netboot stuff currently created by archiso-manager contain these files as can be seen by checking a mirror. When it changes and they are created with mkarchiso, the version files will be missing.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
