xorriso startup files can interfere with mkarchiso

Options set in xorriso startup files could interfere with the xorriso command run by mkarchiso.

For example, if ~root/.xorrisorc contains -dummy on, then the ISO file will be empty.

This can be prevented by using the -no_rc option.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
