Remove tune from GRUB

The tune that plays when GRUB starts is loud and long. I fear it will cause a very bad reaction just like !239 (comment 61954) did.

We should remove the tune and if possible find a suitable alternative for accessibility purposes.

I recomend just shorten it. just like systemd beep for now.

and add other short beep for a11y option.

menu display and entry beeps should be slightly different. wee can take inspiration from debian isos.

That should work if it's possible.

I did some research (i.e. talking to potential users of a11y features) and they said visually impaired people might not know morse code and the features that would them would be

1. larger font size and
2. high contrast color theme..

I agree current tone and speed must be raised (tests with a 1500 tempo and 700 max pitch?) but I can't think of another solution, except for eventually trying to translate a spoken message in midi and then to the grub tuner format.

Doesn't exist something such as an "universal" sound blind people recognize as trigger request for a standard accessibility action?

EDIT: I've packaged audio-to-midi and midi2grub so we can find a phrase or sound that can be clearly heard and recognized even when pronounced in beeps.
