Nothing from the "grub" directory except grub.cfg ends up in the ISO

The only GRUB related thing copied to efiboot.img and ${isofs_dir}/EFI/BOOT/ is grub.cfg.

This is not right as the logic should be the same as it is for syslinux/, where everything from the directory get copied.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
