Use NetworkManager

Replace the existing network setup (presumably systemd-networkd) with networkmanager.
With the removal of netctl we lack a way to easily configure WiFi networking, which nmtui gives us.
NetworkManager also integrates well with the already-present ModemManager.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
