pacman 7.0.0 build failure when using 'DownloadUser = alpm' in pacman.conf

Building ISO fails when 'DownloadUser = alpm' is set in 'archiso/pacman.conf' The following message is shown:

error: could not open file /tmp/brick.GGnld2RnM1/x86_64/airootfs/var/lib/pacman/sync/download-hQxJn0/core.db.part: Permission denied
error: failed to setup a download payload for core.db
error: failed to synchronize all databases (failed to retrieve some files)
==> ERROR: Failed to install packages to new root

If a correct working pacman is needed in the live environment, the same 'Downloaduser' needs to be commented in: 'airootfs/etc/pacman.conf'

Maybe I did miss something, but if not just a heads-up for now to temporally have a working setup. This was done using the latest update '0aa64126'
