shellcheck initcpio scripts

Currently the initcpio scripts are not being linted using shellcheck (like the other scripts).

archiso/initcpio/hooks/* need dash linting
archiso/initcpio/{install,script}/* need bash linting

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
