Add Joliet file system to the ISO

Joliet allows to see the correct capitalization of file names in Windows. There's no large gain in this, but neither are there any downsides. The resulting ISO's file size is not affected.

The wanted xorriso -as mkisofs (a.k.a. xorrisofs) options to add Joliet are:

-joliet -joliet-long
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
