issues with setting of file modes/ownerships

After the changes introduced in !103 (merged) the setting of file modes and ownership fails, if the provided "${airootfs_dir}" is not an absolute path.

Additionally echos keep the file ownerships and modes from being applied.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
