Test created artifacts in gitlab CI

In !4 (merged) artifacts for baseline and releng are created. The artifacts need to be tested (e.g. using run_archiso), as described in #2 (closed).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
