Rename /etc/systemd/network/20-wireless.network to /etc/systemd/network/20-wlan.network since "wireless" may be considered ambiguous.
Add /etc/systemd/network/20-wwan.network that starts a DHCP client for Type=wwan devices.
Add and enable ModemManager.
Update /etc/motd to mention mmcli.

Fixes #110 (closed).
