mkarchiso: unset only TMPDIR

A missing $PATH breaks scripts that do not hardcode binary paths, e.g. /usr/lib/dkms/alpm-hook. See https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=267647

Fixes FS#71416 and implements a different workaround for FS#70580.
