Add terminfo packages to ease installation via SSH

nl6720/archiso:add-terminfo-packages into master

Prompted by a wiki edit and its response.

This simplifies performing an Arch Linux installation via SSH from kitty, rxvt-unicode and termite. And these packages take up very little disk space.
