Cleanup package registry

We are building the images every day and pushing the rootfses to the package registry (~200MiB per day ~71GiB per year).

We only need to keep the rootfses used by the weekly releases around (~one year IIRC) and the daily rootfses can be deleted after a few days, let's say a month.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
