Test installation fails on already existing files

The installation during https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/archlinux-keyring/-/jobs/80030#L982 fails because we do not force the symlink creation and we now have a symlink in the container as the service is now included in a packaged archlinux-keyring version
