Draft: Convert sequoia backend to use PySequoia

Hi folks 👋

I've started rewriting your sequoia backend using pysequoia and if you don't mind your excellent test suite will provide a test bed on which features are needed in pysequoia.

Do note that this is a work in progress but I still want to share early results.

(btw the test suite is really impressive and I guess I can go far with it alone, I'll ping you in case of questions/problems, thanks for your time!)
