btrfs man pages are missing links to other man pages

https://man.archlinux.org/man/btrfs.8 lists multiple other man pages, but they are not linked.

From what I can tell, the man pages are generated from https://github.com/kdave/btrfs-progs/tree/master/Documentation using sphinx-build.
