extensions/ArchLinux: unbreak CodeMirror in Vector

nl6720 requested to merge nl6720/archwiki:fix-CodeMirror-in-Vector into master

Do not set a margin for code blocks outside of .mw-parser-output, otherwise it is not possible to correctly position the cursor in an editing area using CodeMirror.

Make the same change in Timeless for consistency.
