[Bug] RPC docs aren't showing at /rpc

• I have described the bug in complete detail in the Description section.

• I have included the versions which are affected in the Version(s) section.

Description

Visiting /rpc doesn't show documentation. As stated in #253 (closed):

• /rpc/ doesn't bring up the help page on FastAPI, but rather a response from the RPC interface itself stating Please specify an API version..
• Local testing shows a blank white page for the RPC help page on PHP.
