Email notifications not working properly

Description

I'm not getting any email notifications for the two packages I maintain / co-maintain. The packages are opencl-amd and opencl-amd-dev. The AUR dashboard shows that I should receive notifications for both packages. I also flagged both packages as out of date yesterday, and I received email notifications about that, but the message was wrong (I think it shows the previous out of date request message, not the current one)

Reproduction

Have a user comment on the package you maintain / co-maintain / have requested to be notified about. Email notification is not being sent / received.
