Add the total number of TUs in the Votes

Description

Add the total number of TUs in the Votes page. Currently the participation number is kinda hard to replicate by hand and it would be useful to mark the total number of TUs for calculating that. Keep in mind that this might be change during the period a vote is open (new TUs comes in or resign / removed). Maybe an idea would be to do the calculation on the the numbers when the vote is opened.
