packages-meta-ext-v1 not updated anymore

Description

Seems that the file with extended metadata is not being updated anymore.

At the time of writing, packages-meta-ext-v1.json.gz contains data for 78057 (same as yesterday) packages. The other files have 78255 records...

Reproduction

Download packages-meta-ext-v1.json.gz and packages.gz / packages-meta-v1.json.gz, extract them and count the number of lines in the files.
