Show aur-requests replies when handling requests as TU

Summary

TUs may easily miss replies on the aur-requests mailing list when handling requests on aurweb, which may lead to mistakes. Find a way to view aur-request threads or replies in the request form for TUs.

Description

When TUs accept requests on aurweb, any replies by users (or the maintainer of the target packages) regarding the request on the aur-requests mailing lists has to be checked manually. This additional effort means that these kinds of comments may be easily missed by TUs handling requests (e.g. https://lists.archlinux.org/pipermail/aur-requests/2022-April/070349.html where ostensibly https://lists.archlinux.org/pipermail/aur-requests/2022-April/070351.html was not seen when the request was accepted 4 hours later).

To avoid this, the request form for TUs could include a reference to aur-requests replies for the same package, if existing. It's unclear to how this would be best implemented, however, with aur-requests hosted on a different platform (mailman).
