[Feedback] Pagination location for AUR comments

Pagination for comments was recently added to the Python implementation. I have long felt it would be more natural to have pagination available at the bottom of the page. The Arch and AUR package listings have pagination available at both the top and bottom.

Originally it was flushed to the right, but now is slightly off-center (perhaps intended to be centered?). That had me and at least one other wondering where the pagination was. If pagination were also available on the bottom, it would be hard to miss. The Arch and AUR package listings have pagination flushed to the right.
