possible to re-add status information for package details?

Summary

Add markers for the detailed page to re-add information about requests or out of date flag even if not logged in.

Description

With !816 (merged) being merged, the detailed page for a PKGBUILD completly looses any information regarding ood or pending requests if not logged in.
Information which is still partly available from the package list, the RPC, which makes this change a kinda inconsistent experience for guests.
I personally only log into the aurweb if necessary and therefore most often look at orphans and such as a "guest". And with the release of aurweb 6.2.14 the mentioned change shortly caused irritation, when wanting to look at an apparent ood orphan and suddenly the detailed page suggests everything is in order. Or investing some time only later to see that there is a pending merge or deletion request. Which was avoidable previously.
Therefore my request if it could still be made visible on the detailed page if a package is out of date or has pending requests?
Doesn't need to be making the links available again, but something additionaly, like changing the version number to red like in the package list?
And formally the text displaying if there are pending requests wasn't a link. I wished it were, to directly find the requests :D But I assume it is linked to the requests one? Maybe those could be split from each other?
