Moving Transifex translation project to an /archlinux/ namespace/owner (or at least out of lfleischer's)
This is track the idea of having an Arch Linux organization in the Transifex web-based translation platform and moving in aurweb project (and hopefully other projects as well). Discussion started in #533 (closed).
