Plan user test onboarding & send invites

Here's an idea for how onboarding might go:

• Create a poll for one-on-one onboarding via voice, optionally gathering UX observings via screensharing
• For folks who want to onboard independently, allow them to send us an email or create an issue somewhere?
• Keep a record of all users who were onboarded
