Create user personas

We have different kinds of users with varying needs:

• Arch packagers using asynchronous, GitOps-style workflow
• Arch packagers doing offline builds on their local machine
• DevOps/SRE/Sysadmins running a server with multiple worker machines
• Developers running the system locally for debugging & testing

We've conducted most interviews with users from the first and second group, but some of them belong to the third group as well, running similar services on their own infrastructure. The intention is to aggregate data from the interviews to document and focus our design goals. (Note: this is not the only artifact resulting from the user interviews.)
