Add script to build inside a virtual machine using archiso

To unify our CI approaches for arch-boxes, archiso and releng and allow proper code sharing, we want to provide the script to build in a virtual machine using the latest archiso based installation medium in this repository.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
