Let junior packagers access unstable desktop repos

I think the unstable desktop repos have the same "importance" as extra-staging. Specifically, I would like gnome-unstable to be accessible to junior packagers.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
