checkpkg via `pkgctl build` cannot find the built package

eg. ==> ERROR: tarball not found for package: typescript-svelte-plugin-0.3.27-2

offload-build does not have this problem. Running checkpkg after pkgctl build works. Haven't found a fix for this yet.
