makechrootpkg should allow not running setarch

arch-nspawn has an -s flag to prevent the setarch call but makechrootpkg has no way to pass this argument to arch-nspawn. It would be nice to at least offer this option, if not a more general way of adding additional arguments to arch-nspawn.
