extra2community drops debug package

I recently ran extra2community js78, which correctly moved the js78 package from extra to community.

However, it forgot about js78-debug, which then got removed together with js78 from extra(-debug) without getting added to community-debug.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
