The keycloak deployment needed to be updated with the proper steps for fully
deploying a machine from scratch.

It's an old box that's died and we have no contacts for the box. We haven't been able to reach it for a long time. Let's consider it dead and move on. It hosted no critical infrastructure.

Adjust the configuration of rebuilderd and change the proxy pass port to
the new default port 8484. Remove the plaintext from nginx as it now
serves a nice html website.

Create a new VPS for running the master rebuilderd daemon which
coordinates the rebuild tasks to rebuilderd ndoes.

sgp and mex both have disk errors and died, so remove them to hosts.

sgp.mirror.pkgbuild.com died, so remove it from the load balancer and
archusers.

The geoip2-database package no longer contains database anymore and an
account is required. The database is now downloaded with a registered
API key in the vault.

When nothing is mounted, umount will error out failing the backup, so
handle this case.

When using variables make sure to initialize them.
Otherwise the CI will run in an error for the tests.

Remove the leftover artifact from the time we used xtrabackup.
