Store GitLab database on its own filesystem
If a malicious user <somehow> manages to fill up the filesystem, we risk the database goes down or enter read-only mode.
We should try to avoid that situation by storing the database on its own filesystem. We should also consider storing other type of GitLab "content" on independent filesystems.
