Public grafana for server status

I would like to see a public grafana page which shows our server status, one issue is maybe that grafana runs on apollo which also hosts other important arch infra.

A simple green/red status page might be enough for now, which grafana has a plugin for https://grafana.com/plugins/vonage-status-panel
