sync-ssh-hostskeys.yml playbook is not reproducible

The playbook changes the known_hosts order which makes the files change for no reason

Run

ansible-playbook playbooks/tasks/sync-ssh-hostkeys.yml

Notice only the order of the known_hosts changed, while the contents are the same.
